Just a little about what we do and why we do it. It also contains some important information to know.

Access Thousands of HD movies, TV shows, and live streaming content from around the world.

Though our media boxes are capable of outputting full HD 1080p resolution or 4K Ultra HD (depending on your unit), some live streaming or on-demand content may display at a lesser resolution. Video quality is dependent on the stream’s source.

Service Subscriptions

You can pay month to month or start a subscription.

There are no contracts, so you can cancel at any time.
Please be advised that if you subscribe for a number of months, and prior to the expiration of your subscription you cancel your services, you will not be given a refund for the unused the remaining months. However, we will not renew your subscription beyond what you originally paid for.

We currently accept payments by Credit CardVisa Debit, PayPal.

NOTE: All Interact e-Transfer payments for set-top media boxes and/or initial live TV subscription must be made and confirmed prior to service setup.

Pick up/Delivery
If you’ve ordered a set-top box or any other equipment, they are available at our office for pick-up.
If you wish to have your unit shipped, standard courier charges will apply.

Warranty/Returns: Set-to media box
All set-top media boxes come with a conditional 15 day warranty/return policy.

If prior to 15 days, for any reason you are unhappy with your set-top media box, you can return it to us for a full refund.

If prior to 15 days, your set-top media box is defective purely as a manufacturers defect, you can return it for repair or receive a brand new box. We will first attempt to repair the issue. If unsuccessful, we will replace it with a brand new box.

NOTE: All set-top boxes come with a 1 year manufacturer’s warranty.

We will not accept returns on any costumer induced damaged set-top media boxes. This includes but not limited to any: water damage, ripped or torn cables, dropped units, third party markings, etching, stickers or any other adhesive elements placed on units, or anything that taints the integrity of the set-top media box from it’s original state. Returned set-top boxes must be as brand new. No exceptions.
